Ride 22 (and a recap of ride21)

TOday left side of city creek.
no stats. I went about 6 miles.

Saturday I did The Roller Coasters with Adam. Adam hashed it up and crashed itno a rock at one steep downhihll section, superjmaned and rolled 3 times landing on his chin! He got scraped up on his arms and legs but ohter than that he was ok.
That was a fun 3 miles!
